Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Shipping Times

We ship internationally from our fulfillment centers. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Mexico: 10–20 business days
  • Canada: 10–18 business days
  • Europe: 12–22 business days
  • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

These are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and local carrier conditions.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 3–5 business days to appear after the shipment is registered.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Jo-Bros has no control over customs delays or fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at cristianreyes12301@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Jo-Bros is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please refer to the size guides on each product page before purchasing. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
